Avoid Kneeling
Use a 24" extension so you can
stand for maximum leverage
In extreme cases, you can bolt the socket directly onto pentagon plugs gripping in 2 positions will not slip off!
Drill (3/16") and tap (1/4"-20) into the plug and fasten using a (1/4"-20 x 2 1/2") flat head screw.
